- We conduct a legal and organizational analysis of the investment, considering the legal form, organizational structure, contracts, permits, approvals, and other necessary documents for the investment realization.
Based on this, we prepare a complete investment implementation plan, including all milestones, necessary external entities, administrative paths, approvals, decisions, as well as functional and operational standards and programs. These serve as the basis for the preparation of project documentation: construction, technical, tender, and execution documentation.
