In the Lubusz Voivodeship, near the Polish-German border, we completed a significant project with Panattoni for Hermes Fulfilment – a distribution center in the municipality of Iłowa near Zielona Góra.
The facility covers 150,000 sqm and represents a €300 million investment. Hermes Fulfilment, part of the Otto Group, operates in over 30 countries.
The Iłowa logistics center will be one of Hermes Group’s largest hubs in Europe, employing approximately 1,900 people. Scheduled for completion between the third and fourth quarters of 2024, it will handle e-commerce order fulfillment for OTTO Group companies and provide value-added services (VAS). The complex will consist of eight halls with state-of-the-art equipment.
