Panattoni: Park Tricity East V
Panattoni has recently inaugurated the first hall as part of the Panattoni Park Tricity East V complex, situated near the A1 motorway, the Tricity bypass, and the Deepwater Container Terminal Baltic Hub.
The new facility spans over 50,000 square meters, where REGESTA begins its operations. The logistics park in Tricity will provide comprehensive maritime transport services and associated services such as container transport, customs handling, warehousing, order picking, and distribution. The new area will feature block storage and rack storage, cross-docking, and a bonded warehouse.
The facility will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level and will be equipped with solutions focusing on water savings, energy efficiency, and wellbeing for users.
